Random update

So, I haven't posted in a while. I blame the fetus. In addition to causing sciatica, heartburn, water retention, and excessive nocturnal peeing, the baby has been sucking up my creative inspirations. Or so I'm claiming. And no one can actually disprove it, so we'll leave it at that.

In order to get back into the swing of things, I thought I would just randomly spout off about things that have caught my interest (or lack thereof). Celebrities: Britney and K-Fed? Yawn. Who didn't see that one coming? I just feel sorry for the kids. They're half Federline. Can't wash that away, can you? Of course, they're also half Spears. Poor kids, they're just SOL.


Television: America's Next Top Model continues to be a powerful addiction for me. Watching Tyra Banks every week show just how entirely clueless she really is really rather entertaining. I've quit watching Veronica Mars. The show just plain sucks now. I can't even bother to keep up with one's who anymore, and when the main character is that annoying? Yeah, who cares about the darn mystery? I mean, put Scooby Doo on the case instead. At least he was funny.

Movies: I don't really watch movies. Borat looks interesting, but I can wait for it to come out on HBO.

Music: Sucks. That new song by Hinder, "Lips of an Angel," that every Clear Channel plays 20 million times an hour is just plain annoying. What's scary is that it is getting airtime on seemingly "modern rock" stations. Yeah, that was modern rock back during the hair band renaissance, perhaps. Now, it's just a sucky song.

Anyway, as long as the baby doesn't leach anymore creative energy out of me, I will attempt to write on a more semi-regular basis.

Somewhere, no one really cares...
